PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Feedback and dialogue between Fusion and the client to drive the project design
  • Fast response on cost and programming effect on design changes
  • The co-ordination of designers, client team, specialist suppliers and subcontractors
  • Review of design with client and approvals to ensure the project is on track
  • Management of contractor's team, input on programmes
  • Chair project meetings, progress meetings and site meetings
  • Ensure contractor is performing to programme
  • Control the client change schedule to ensure that costs are kept under control
  • Monitor performance and quality and proactively manage contractor
  • Risk register preparation and controls

PLANNING PROGRAMMING

  • Prepare baseline programme
  • Input cost plan resources and allocate to activities
  • Receive and assimilate package contractor's detailed programmes with resource levels
  • Monitor progress against baseline programme
  • Update baseline programme and resource accordingly using site actualities
  • Generate reports from event notices
  • Generate as built programme
  • Preparation of delay impacted programmes
