Client requirements are understood and incorporated into the design
Feedback and dialogue between Fusion and the client to drive the project design
Fast response on cost and programming effect on design changes
The co-ordination of designers, client team, specialist suppliers and subcontractors
Review of design with client and approvals to ensure the project is on track
Management of contractor's team, input on programmes
Chair project meetings, progress meetings and site meetings
Ensure contractor is performing to programme
Control the client change schedule to ensure that costs are kept under control
Monitor performance and quality and proactively manage contractor

PLANNING PROGRAMMING
Prepare baseline programme
Input cost plan resources and allocate to activities
Receive and assimilate package contractor's detailed programmes with resource levels
Monitor progress against baseline programme
Update baseline programme and resource accordingly using site actualities
Generate reports from event notices
Generate as built programme
