Management of contractor's team, input on programmes
Chair project meetings, progress meetings and site meetings
Ensure contractor is performing to programme
Control the client change schedule to ensure that costs are kept under

Monitor performance and quality and proactively manage contractor
Prepare baseline programme
Input cost plan resources and allocate to activities
Receive and assimilate package contractor's detailed programmes with resource
levels
Monitor progress against baseline programme
Update baseline programme and resource accordingly using site actualities
Generate reports from event notices
Generate as built programme
