Jeff has vast experience of design, project and commercial management of, and commissioning of small, medium and large environmental health projects. As such he is a most useful asset for any client whether they be developers, main contractors or subcontractors.

LESLEY MORRIS ASSOCIATES LTD

Managing development of services sector client base. Has been involved in many specific commissions including the preparation of an M&E case study for a main contractor in dispute with client, and acting as loss adjuster's expert on services related insurance claims. Also acting as environmental health lead designer on several projects.

1996 to 2001
HBG CONSTRUCTION LTD
2001 : Building Services Manager / QS currently managing a new multi-storey office project in inner London partnering with the Client to procure M&E services, lifts and statutory services.

2000 - 2001 : Tendering of several large projects with main M&E contractors and consultants including technical appraisal of schemes, costing and programming.

1999 - 2000 : Building Services Manager on fast track superstore valued at £6 million, completed in 17 weeks.

1996 - 1999 : Building Services Manager / QS on Virgin Atlantic Airways head office valued at £26 million final account. Managing services installation. Also involved in preparation of extension of time, loss and expense, final accounts and insurance claims.

1993 to 1996
GRANTS ENGINEERING LTD

Electrical Contracts Manager responsible for medium size projects from concept to completion. Projects included the London Clinic, Harley Street, IT installations at Inland Revenue tax office and Heathrow Airport Terminal 2.

ELLIS MECHANICAL SERVICES

Electrical Contracts Manager responsible for engineering and management of electrical installations for 51 buildings in Al Kharj Air Base, Saudi Arabia. Continuation of four other projects to American Standards completed in the Middle East with French and UK contractors. These buildings mainly comprised of aircraft repair and testing hangers.

1988 to 1991
RASHLEIGH PHIPPS ELECTRICAL LTD

Completed three major projects from conception to completion as well as being involved in tendering. Projects comprised the mechanical and electrical installation at the Ipswich Buttermarket (£7 million), the Exchange, Illford, being a £3.5 million electrical project and the International Stock Exchange, being a six month fit out worth £1.8 million.

1984 to 1998
ELLIS MECHANICAL SERVICES LTD

Senior Electrical Engineer on overseas projects in Egypt with European consultants and contractors. Of particular note was the MISR Bank, Cairo project comprising a 27 floor banking complex and office block. Jeff was responsible for all aspects of installation, drawings, testing and commissioning. Following completion of the bank, Jeff project and commercially managed the 300 bedroom Pyramid Hospital at Giza.

PALMER AYLES ASSOCIATES

Consultant's design engineer on various projects including a water tower, diplomatic quarters and a naval base in Riyadh. Also working on special assignments for Balfour Kilpatrick in Jeddah and Qatar.

1977 to 1982
BALFOUR KILPATRICK INTERNATIONAL

Design and Contracts Engineer involved in estimating, engineering and procurement on many prestigious overseas assignments including the Jebel Ali Hotel in Dubai, the Kama Sports Stadium, the Jabali power distribution scheme, Jordan potash terminal, petrochemical fuel facilities project in King Khalid's military city, Saudi Arabia and the Ace housing project in Jeddah.

1975 to 1976
ATOMIC POWER CONSTRUCTION

Design draughtsman working on the Ko-ri Atomic Power Station in South Korea with all switchgear supplied by GEC in UK. Six months were spent working on substation design for heavy power systems.

1969 to 1975
MATTHEW HALL MECHANICAL SERVICES LTD

Served an apprenticeship in Engineering Drawing for Electrical Services. This included working on site as an apprentice electrician at the London Stock Exchange and Sun Alliance Building. Other projects, which helped with promotion to Assistant Engineer, were: Berkeley Hotel, George Street Hotel and Euston Tower and NCP car park.
